Banks Donating Military Uniform Worn in Afghanistan to Whitley County Historical Museum

Congressman Jim Banks (IN-03) today announced that he will donate his military uniform that he wore during his service in Afghanistan to the Whitley County Historical Museum in Columbia City on Friday.

Congressman Banks took a leave of absence from the Indiana State Senate in 2014 and 2015 to deploy to Afghanistan as a U.S. Navy Reserve supply corps officer during Operations Enduring Freedom and Freedom’s Sentinel.
