Banks Votes to Protect Taxpayers from Funding Abortion

Congressman Jim Banks (IN-03) voted today to protect federal taxpayer dollars from being used to fund abortions or health plans that cover abortion. “The majority of Americans believe that taxpayer dollars should not be used to pay for abortions, and I agree.
