Said Rep. Banks: “For half a century, ALEC has fought in all 50 states against burdensome regulations that hamstring our economy and contribute to inflation. The Biden administration has issued more new regulations at a faster pace than any administration in history, and I am more thankful than ever for ALEC’s efforts to keep Indiana free and prosperous in the face of this onslaught. I was grateful to work alongside ALEC as a State Senator in Indiana and I look forward to working with them in Washington.”

Other signees in the Indiana delegation include Senator Mike Braun (R-IN), Rep. Victoria Spartz (IN-05), and Rep. Erin Houchin (IN-09).
