Rep. Banks urges Indiana statehouse to pass strongest possible pro-life legislation

WASHINGTON— Rep. Jim Banks released the following statement today urging the Indiana General Assembly to pass pro-life legislation before they adjourn.

“Indiana is one of the most pro-life states in the country, which is why the state legislature should pass legislation that could effectively outlaw abortion following the landmark Dobbs v. Jackson decision in June.

“We’re living through a critical moment in the history of the pro-life movement, and now’s the time for our state to lead.”
